Included — Warranty Policy: Statutory conformity (EU): you’re entitled to a product that meets expectations. Emira manufacturer’s warranty: 1 year against manufacturing defects from delivery date.

Covered (examples): clasp failure due to production fault, stones loosening due to assembly defect, abnormal discoloration from manufacturing issues.

Not covered: normal wear, misuse, damage from chemicals/perfume/swimming/sauna (unless item is explicitly “waterproof”), loss/theft.

Service: Within warranty, we repair/replace after assessment; outside warranty we offer paid repair where possible.
