How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can complete your purchase securely using iDEAL, credit/debit card, PayPal, or other supported payment methods.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment options, including iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other common methods supported by Shopify Payments.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — after your payment is completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and receipt.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please email info@emirajewelry.com as soon as possible. Once it’s processed or shipped, we can no longer make changes.
Shipping & Returns
How long does processing take?
Orders placed before 16:00 CET are typically shipped the same or next business day. You’ll receive a tracking link once your package is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
What is covered under the 6-month warranty?
Our jewelry is protected against manufacturing defects for 6 months from delivery, including clasp or setting failures and abnormal discoloration caused by production issues. Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Please contact info@emirajewelry.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
