Orders placed before 16:00 CET are typically shipped the same or next business day. You’ll receive a tracking link once your package is on its way.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Our jewelry is protected against manufacturing defects for 6 months from delivery, including clasp or setting failures and abnormal discoloration caused by production issues. Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.

Please contact info@emirajewelry.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
